#126 YOUR STYLE IS YOUR SEED OF RESILIENCE

I like to head out on my rides with a mission.

Give myself a task, a problem to solve.

One that has to come to completion by the time I return home.

All in my head though.

Something to think about when I am trying to catch someone.

Trying to stay ahead of someone.

Climbing a grueling hill.

I do this thing before I fall asleep.

I yell to Google.

#1 Set the alarm for seven.

#2 What is the weather in Montreal tomorrow?

#3 Give me a quote of inspiration.

I use #3 to think over, and seconds later I am asleep.

She seems to have say 25 in her repertoire.

There is one that comes up often.

I am okay with that because it is everything.

Martin Luther.

‘Even if I knew that the world would end tomorrow, I would still plant an apple tree today.’

There is just something about this one.

The thing that stands out for me is the fact of all the things that he could say he would plant, he chose an Apple Tree.

A tree that has a long-term growth, and one that takes a while to produce its first ‘crop.’

I just love this quote.

So, when I set out on my ride, my task was to figure out a way I could adapt his wonderful quote to style.

It was easy.

In fact, I had the answer at the top of my street.

Embrace your style and clothing choices, no matter what is going on in the world or your own life.

Dressing with intention is a beautiful act of self-love.

Like planting an apple tree, choosing pieces that feel meaningful or timeless can be your act of optimism.

Because dressing with intention is a wonderful act of hope and self-love.
