#37 RANDOM

Number 7 in the NICHE SERIES.

This is an interesting one.

The ‘movement,’ and the ‘community’ came first, then the apparel.

RANDOM GOLF CLUB

Erik Anders Lang

He would head out to Golf on his own.

He would meet at the first Tee with three people he had never met before.

He fell in love with this aspect of the game.

Meeting new people, making new friends, and having a good time.

He decided from there to create an inclusive community for Golfers who did not have a club to Golf at.

‘By playing Golf in a certain way, you are a member of something.’

He sends out an invitation, and fifty ‘Random’ people reply.

They then head out to Golf on that day.

It took off from there.

Naturally, a line of clothes followed.

I mean, why not?

You have all these ‘Random,’ people who all love the game, and most importantly, share your vision of it.

And perhaps more importantly, share your ‘style.’

Erik knows what he is doing.

Not only did he come up with a great idea that was immediately embraced, but he also came up with a line of clothes that can stand up and surpass what most are doing.

He has some beautiful collections.

I am a big fan of the ‘TECH POLO’ one.

His Polos are nice, like really nice.

I love his RAKE SS MIX POLO.

‘Meet the Rake SS Mix Polo, where meticulous tailoring and Zen philosophy converge.’

As big as RANDOM GOLF is and most likely will become, I love the idea of wearing an interesting Polo that you know nobody else will be wearing.

That is the underlying point of THE NICHE SERIES introduce you to some great lines of apparel.

Great lines of apparel that are wonderful to ride in and guaranteed to not see anyone else wearing.

Here is the shirt and the site.
