I think spending time on the ‘story you want to tell’ is good for you.
It adds another chapter.
It reinforces a chapter.
It begins another chapter.
Or you can simply edit it.
I have favourites.
I have favourite combos.
I have favourite colours.
I have favourite seasons.
I put them on.
I change it up.
But there is one thing I never do.
I never use a mirror.
I never look in the mirror.
I just look down, make sure everything ‘is in order,’ and off I go.
I pass a glass building on my rides.
I don’t look over.
I don’t look at my reflection.
I will not check out ‘how I look.’
I don’t want that ‘look.’
I want the ‘look’ I have in my head.
I want to exude that one.
I don’t want it to change.
I am always so hard on myself.
I know I will find a fault.
Why look for it?
Keep the one I have in my head.
The one I left home with.
The one I said,
‘Look out, here I come,’ as I locked the door.
The ‘look’ that I have inside my head to be the one I show.
Confidence.
Contentment.
Knowledge.
Assuredness.
That one is a better one.
