You know what one of my favourite things about summer is? 

The nights. 

Oh, how I love the nights. 

The nights I am going out. 

I ensure that any opportunity that comes up, I say ‘yes.’ 

Friend’s back decks. 

Restaurant’s front decks. 

Spend the day on my bike. 

Get home around five. 

Don’t have to be there until after seven. 

Beers, music, cheese, crackers, music, beers, shower, music, and Todd Snyder. 

I have a thing for Full Placket Polos. 

It sounds like I know all the lingo. 

I don’t. 

I had to look into it. 

And when I did, I realized I knew what it was the whole time. 

So do you. 

We just did not know it had a name. 

A Placket is the finished opening below the collar. 

It is where the buttons are. 

Done. 

So, as I said, I have a thing for Full Placket Polos. 

The Polos that have buttons down to the bottom. 

I love them. 

This is my go-to Polo on nights like these. 

I do not question it. 

The decision has been made, and it has been made for every summer night. 

As much as I look forward to putting it on, I look forward to the ride. 

I attach my bike lights. 

Leave my phone at home. 

Just take the essentials. 

I love riding on warm summer nights with a little ‘buzz.’ 

Feeling and looking like a million bucks. 

A great, fun night awaits. 

Apps, a meal, drinks, and ‘more.’ 

Friends, laughs, laughs, friends. 

Outside on a beautiful summer night. 

It does not get any better.
