It is raining. 

It is pouring. 

You are eager to get out. 

It is going to happen, it may not happen, it is happening, it is not happening, it is happening, it may happen. 

You look at the weather online. 

The first App you go to is the one you like because it seems to give more favourable forecasts. 

Every App says different things. 

One says 40%, and another says 100%. 

You go to the ‘Minutecast.’ 

‘Rain in your area for the next forty-five minutes.’ 

But it is not raining. 

Oh, now it is raining again. 

You step outside to look at the sky. 

It has started again. 

Now it has stopped. 

It is coming up to 4:00 PM. 

The sun pops out for a minute. 

‘Screw it.’ 

Off you go. 

It starts to rain again, but then it stops. 

You look at the cars coming in the opposite direction. 

‘Are their wipers on?’ 

You keep going. 

The sky looks a little brighter. 

It is raining again. 

Then it stops. 

Then the sun comes out, goes in, and comes back out again. 

You look behind you and see a wall of beautiful blue sky. 

You turn and look ahead, and there is a rainbow. 

‘House Arrest.’
