ALL OVER THE MAP

I love music.

It is on the second I get up.

I create my Playlists.

A few capture many moods.

A few capture one mood.

I leave my music at home though.

I do not take it on my rides.

I used to.

Not anymore.

I realized that I like the ‘tunes’ I hear when I ride.

I am more ‘in tune’ with my surroundings.

I am all over the map when it comes to genres.

Lately, I have been noticing something.

It is not a bad thing.

In fact, I am kind of really into it.

Artists are releasing songs that are under two minutes.

Really good songs that you wish were longer.

‘I could take five more minutes of that.’

Then, ‘No, it is perfect that it is that length.’

They packed lots in there.

Like a short story versus a novel.

It does not have to be long.

Sometimes you can pack a lot into something small.

Sometimes you can get lots done in a short period.

Sometimes you cannot go for a ride for as long as you would like.
