It is early afternoon. 

You are out on a ride. 

You know you have a few things to do. 

Things to do that have nothing to do with cycling. 

You do not have a specific one in mind. 

You just know there are a few things you should get done today. 

But the sky is blue. 

It is quiet. 

The temperature is perfect. 

…And things begin to change. 

‘It really doesn’t need painting.’ 

‘There is enough of that in the fridge.’ 

‘I can do that tomorrow morning.’ 

‘The grass is not that long.’ 

‘I can pick that up on my way there.’

‘I will shower quickly.’ 

It all falls beautifully into place.
