I am on a kind of ‘Pilgrimage.’

It is a simple one.

I am keeping it to myself.

I am not preaching it.

I am just working on it.

I should have started a while back.

I am trying to get my manners back.

Nothing crazy, nothing overboard, just simple things.

Like acknowledging a car that waited longer at a stop sign to let me ride through.

A wave, a nod, a peace sign.

Something.

Simple things, like slowing down when passing someone who is pushing a carriage, out for a walk, or walking their dog.

Simple things like, saying ‘thanks’ to someone.

Simple things like, letting someone in ahead.

Trying to tone it down, and tone it up at the same time.
